Meet our Sr. Administrative Staff
CEO & President
Dr. Sabrina Prieur is the CEO and founder of SMP² Ministries. A lifelong musician, she has been involved in various aspects of music for over 35 years. This multi-talented artist sings, arranges, directs, plays flute, piccolo, guitar, & dabbles in piano. Drawing from experiences in classical, jazz, R&B, and gospel music, Sabrina has been blessed to work with talented musicians, composers, and producers across the U.S. SMP² is the culmination of a lifetime of work that has manifested into an opportunity to serve the community and bless others with the gospel of Christ through music outreach.
Dr. Prieur has a PhD in Leadership with a concentration in Sports Management Administration, an M.Ed. in Secondary Teacher Education, a B.S. in Kinesiology, and a minor in music. A tenured health and kinesiology professor, she has a zealous commitment to health and wellness and is currently working on a second doctorate in public health – a Dr.PH in preventive care. Sabrina is a proud alumni of Oakwood College (now university), located in Huntsville, AL. An avid writer and poet, she enjoys working on her soon-to-be released book of poetry in the Fall of 2023.
After losing both parents, spending her formative years in the foster care system, being homeless, & suffering immeasurable setbacks in life, Sabrina is a living testament that the power of music is literally life saving. She credits the encouragement and messages depicted in gospel and Christian music as major factors to both saving her life and inspiring her ministry.

Mr. Xavier O’Connor serves as the CFO and Vice-President of SMP² Ministries. A near 40 year musician, Xavier is a skilled vocalist, producer, music director, arranger, conductor, and multi-instrumentalist. Notably, his talents as a singer and skills on keyboard and piano have afforded him many opportunities to play both domestically and internationally. Xavier is also an accomplished drummer, guitarist, and bassist. Having studied at various music conservatories and performing arts schools, Xavier has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from Oakwood College (now University) in Huntsville, AL and has also completed graduate coursework towards a Master’s Degree. He has worked with many acclaimed artists in a variety of positions ranging from singer to composer. He most recently served as the music director for Gladys Knight’s Gospel Touring Choir.
A professional musician in his own right, Xavier has released two individual music projects: The Pilgrimage, and his latest album, Love vs. the World. He is the CEO/President of Testimony Ministries & Records where he hosts several artists on his own independent label. Mr. O’Connor is a sought after collaborator and musician whose musical talents can be found on many R&B, contemporary, and gospel recordings.
A musical purist at heart, Xavier’s training and work follow a wide range of genres from classical, jazz, R&B, soul, and gospel to contemporary Christian. He has worked with orchestras, churches, community projects, small businesses, secular, and Christian artists.
